Blaine is the Award Winning Founder, President & CEO of Sandler by Pinnacle Performance & Consulting Inc., a training, coaching, and consulting business dedicated to furthering the professional development of individuals and companies of any size through comprehensive reinforced training and executive coaching. Blaine is proud to utilize the esteemed Sandler methods to fulfil this goal, bringing proven tactics and strategies to aid the best and brightest.

Beginning his corporate career in 1994, Blaine spent over 22 years in Financial Services, holding various roles including Financial Advisor, Branch Manager and Regional Director. Blaine takes the mentality that the best can always get better, no matter what success they've already enjoyed in their career. At Pinnacle Performance, we have the privilege of helping people do just that every day. Through advice and guidance, we help our clients maximize their revenues, exceed their sales targets, develop leadership skills, and realize their true potential. Blaine's greatest professional pride lies in helping people who thought they'd reached the summit find a next level they never knew existed.

Sima is our Director of Client Relations. Possessing many years of business experience in a variety of areas, including small business ownership, teaching as an education instructor, and sales, Sima leads our Strategic Customer Care training program.

Mike Levine

Director of Business Development

Mike was the Co-founder of Life Line Brokers Ltd and was the President and CEO from 1976-2016. The company was founded in 1973 and provided insurance and investment services in Saskatchewan for over 45 years. In addition, Mike was the Co-founder of Westbridge Capital Inc and served as Vice President from 2007-2016. Under the Westbridge banner, Mike was the director of numerous businesses including Canadian Tarpaulin Manufacturer's Ltd, Al Andersons Source for Sport, Bi-Original Food & Science Corp, Riverbend Land Income Trust and  Western Horizons Land Income Trust.

Mike previously held the role of Regional Vice President of Walton International from 1999-2006 and is the Co-founder of Saskaway Limited Partnership with office towers and warehouses of over 2 million square feet. Mike was appointed to the SGI Board of Directors in 2021. 

Ron Waldman

Director of Sales & Marketing

Ron was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Great Western Brewing Company Ltd. from 2011-2012 and from 1994-2010 held the position of CEO. During his tenure with Great Western Brewing, the company was chosen as a Platinum 50 Best Managed Company in Canada. Prior, Ron practiced corporate finance with KPMG and held several positions with the Saskatchewan based, family owned, Coca-Cola franchise bottling business, including President and CEO. Ron was also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saskatoon Airport Authority from 2012-2014.

Currently, Ron is a Director of several for profit and not for profit organizations including Cavalier Enterprises Inc, SGI, Wanuskewin World Heritage UNESCO Campaign and is a Partner and Director of Great Western Brewing Company Ltd. Ron also was a past Chair and Director of the Royal University Hospital Foundation and a past Director of the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce. Ron is the recipient of the commemorative medal for the Centennial of Saskatchewan and was recognized as one of the Provinces Most Influential Men by Saskatchewan Business Magazine. Ron is also a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal.
